• Once we receive your booking details, we will proceed with reserving your tour. A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking. After the payment is received, your confirmation will be sent within 6 hours. The remaining 80% balance is payable prior to the start of the tour.

Therefore, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date, as well as no-show reservations, are not eligible for refunds.
